Unless the damage has been done Sam ? From what i hear JT and Ed dont see eye to eye on a profesional level. Robson struggled, Thornes not in his class.Sam_BFC wrote:Let's hope that TK would be very mindful of the risks involved in making such an appointment.

Mourinhio to Replace Ed ???
I heard a whisper that the man who likes to call himself Mourhinio, James Thorne, has set his sites on the top job should ED call it a day. Fair to say,its not a like for like replacement should it happen. One is a Champions league winner,International football superstar, and the other looked after ...

Re: we wont be coming straight back up
Exactly..and when transfer fees are put in front of you, there is no choice, for the club or the player.
At least one player was told yesterday they would 'nt let him go, but both sides knew it was only words. Reality is already setting in despite all the nice sentiments.

Re: Do we show our love with banners begging Edgar to stay?
Davids will give his decision on staying or going on Friday. The players were told yesterday by PF who they want to stay. Others were released, although most of those released were already told in October.

Re: Keep/Go and Will Stay/Won't Stay
He will have a clause, they all have to swallow a 20% pay cut, thats a fact. Those on one year options will have the right to go on a Bosman, as their option year with the % cut means a drop on the previous year, which gives them an opt out. How many other workers outside of football can afford to d...

Re: Gambin
PFs standard practice is to release ASAP all those who can be released to save wages during the summer, then try to re-sign them later if they haven't got a club. On this basis I think we could see a lot of players going. Explains how some got !"Elbow" texts early this morning, stupidity ...

Although also on Twitter I did spot Liam O'Brien saying he's going to watch Hastings play tomorrow which I thought was a bit odd. Not quite sure what to read into that. Maybe nothing?! Having been injured since January and just returned from rehab at St Georges liam saw a specialist in Harley Stree...

Butch. "Well Ed it took me 18 months to screw QPR up, relegate them and help put them into financial meltdown". ED. " Ah Butch of coursh, but it is only going to take me 6" Butch. Yes but ED me old Dutch, i sold the hugely talented Les Ferdinand for a paltry 6 Million. and replac...

Re: Amazing that we still need help from Martin Allen.
And AFC will have a massive following and need to win...needing is far stronger than wanting..Port Vale wont win their last two games, the Gills are champions elect and they know it,,,away win banker and MA and Graz will both be thinking, it could have been so different, as will no doubt TK. We are ...

Allen & Graz
With AFC playing Gillingham next weekend, and Our tough midweek trip to Torquay, do Martin Allen, and Graz once again hold Bees future in their hands ? And will their treatment at the end of last season, mean they will be saviours or executioners ?

Re: Well done Martin Allen
Dangerous - not sure why you're giving Graz credit for Gills promotion. He doesn't feature on their O.S. Who's Who. So far as I'm aware he's merely been a scout for them. Worthwhile job but hardly one which means he's played any discernible role in their promotion success - no more than any of the ...

Re: Well done Martin Allen
Whilst i would not wish to detract anything away from Martin, who is without doubt a very successful and popular manager in the lower divisions, and certainly a Red Adair type character, it would be remiss not to mention a small but vital part played by our own favourite son GRAZ. Martin Allen alway...
