Re: Civic Reception
I would parade put the home of Brian Coleman, simply to wind him up.

Re: Dean Brennan Statement
Maybe the length of contract he was offered was the stumbling block. Swindon were perhaps offering something like a one season rolling just in case things didn’t pick up and drastic action was needed. This wouldn’t appeal to anyone with a relatively safe home job and steady income.

Re: Transfers 2024/25
Looking at goalkeepers that have been released, I notice that Joe Day has been freed by Newport. A decent experienced keeper, who would probably be a calming influence at the back. lasted 2 games in a season long loan at Woking last the defeat at THL before cancelling loan and winning NLS with Yeov...

Re: Big games tonight
Both looked very tight games. Enfailed’s goal came from a long throw by ex-Bee Joe Payne. Finchley played well in the 1st half but fell away a bit in the 2nd. Massive crowds in both ties. Enfailed’s biggest ever and I’d never seen so many Finchley fans before! Joe Payne, was he the young lad that M...

Re: Transfers 2024/25
Dylan berry, GK from norwich would be good. Great loans at st albans and hendon. Huge in stature, contract ending. In terms of loans, spurs are probably looking at a few to send out considering from their perspective, keeleys was very useful. Theres a few 18s/21s who are probably of that level and ...

Re: Next season
Time for me to forget about football (apart from the Euros) for a few weeks and watch a bit of cricket. I need to make best use of my season ticket at the Cooper Associates County Ground, where the England football will be shown on the big screen at close of play.

Re: Barnet retained list
I wouldn't be surprised if Walker and Ashmore swap clubs. No chance we go in for ashmore. Hasn’t been asked to play with the ball at his feet for years. Personally, I'd settle for a top keeper who stops the ball. Laurie would've probably have done the job for another season, but obviously DB has ot...

The only difference being that Wrexham could most likely take the hit and cover the debts. No guarantees that Sarfend can at this moment in time.rudebwoyben wrote: ↑23 Apr 2024, 12:44 Did you see how much Wrexham were in loss by for last season? I don’t think Southend would have had any issues!

Re: Gateshead Kicked Out
Irrelevant now, but, if Sarfend had squeezed into a play-off spot, would they have been allowed to take part, considering today's news of losses pushing towards £3million.

Re: Bromley (THTS) The Thin Lilywhite Duke Match Thread
Just out of interest, could the ULEZ charge be making an impact on those of us who now live away from the area. With children, a midweek game for me is difficult. I got home at 2315 on Tuesday as the A1 was shut at Baldock so the boys had the chance of a lie in the following morning. The Easter Mon...

Re: Look at Taunton's fixture list!!
I have followed the fortunes of Wisbech Town for the past 40 years. When they won promotion from the United Counties League, they were placed in a Northern Premier League division that involved trips to Morpeth and Marske. Needless to say, the bulk of their better players decided they could pick up ...
