My issue is sorted. 2 seasons tickets at the correct price and location secured. Massive thanks to the chaps on the phone who are fighting through a raft of system issues.

I have made a little progress. One of my 2 tickets now shows for me to renew. However when trying to do so the page errors and logs me out. I have not been able to get back through on the phone to try and resolve that way. It’s going to be a long day.

My details are showing on my profile but my two daughters, who were linked to mine, have disappeared and they don't have a ticketing profile. I have been sent two emails to renew. Both for adult tickets. When clicking the link I am told nothing is available. Looking at my profile it seems my tickets show as cancelled. I have not yet been able to get through on the phone.

Has anyone been able to get through to resolve this?

The £60 attempted charge is showing as June 2023 final instalment. Seems my free adult ticket has been made chargeable as of 28th June and the 10% saving applied to both tickets. They have tried to collect the funds on 28th June and today. Very odd.

Mid week the club accidentally tried to take payment for 2 adult tickets. One was the free ticket from last season. A quick call sorted that out.

Same here. Late payment for March taken on 24th. Another payment for April taken today.

Do we know if the 50 tickets mentioned in the chairman’s statement have been allocated yet? Optimistically hoping I have just not heard that I am one of the lucky ones.
