I thought the rules were that a club promoted from NL to L2 had 3 seasons to get their ground up to EFL standards or they'd lose their place. Eastleigh and D&R would prefer Southend going up as weakens league for next season so I'd expect them to be trying to win rather than be on beach whilst Rochdale for similar reason produce a lacklustre performance. But then I like a good conspiracy theory.
