Re: Chairman's statement
. Capacity-wise, even 6,000 feels a tad too big considering our crowds dip under 1,000. Remember, season ticket holders count towards attendances even if they don't turn up. If you've ever wondered why the hive felt so empty yet something like 1,600 is the official number, that's why. Part of that ...

I'm just so happy I could burst.
A genuine chance to rebuild the fan base.
Is that a North terrace I see?

Let's be honest, we didn't expect there would be 450 Bees fans there either.
Impressive turn out.

Re: Oxford City (a) The Irish Brogue Match Thread
Maybe, but considering how poor Oxford looked defensively it seemed a missed opportunity to get in behind them.rudebwoyben wrote: Isn’t that more a consequence of him being deployed as a wing-back then anything else?

Re: Oxford City (a) The Irish Brogue Match Thread
Other than the 3 or so occasions he did in the first half? Not once did he knock it past the player and beat him for pace. More annoying was Wynter not recognising the opportunity to play it into the space for Senior to run into. The guy has pace to burn and yet the one occasion he used it was to w...

Senior was so frustrating yesterday. There was acres of space behind and yet not once did he try to beat his man for pace.

Re: Strongest ever starts to the season...

Teams are replaced as follows Wrexham are replaced with Hartlepool Notts are replaced with Rochdale Maidstone are replaced with Ebbsfleet Scunthorpe are ...

Just want to mention the last ditch tackle by Collinge today.
Unreal timing to get the ball and not bring the man down, a tackle Bobby Moore would've been proud of.

Highlights are up.
Their first goal came from a lucky deflection and the Pen is about as soft as you could possibly get.

Re: Q & A with Dean and TK
I'm still not buying that TK had any intention of buiding the south stand unless we got promoted.
The terrace was basically mechano and was taken down so those using the terrace would have to pay more to go.
If it was still there today it would delay building a stand by about a week.
