Apparently it's 30% of the minimum capacity grading for that tier of football ... and that attendance limit will apply to every club in that league. For Southern League Premier (and I assume other Step 3 leagues), the minimum ground capacity to qualify for playing in that league is 1,950. 1,950 x 30...
