Re: Scunthorpe games moved

Both of them? Glanford Park will bring back memories of promotion to the third-tier (if I go). My very first away match. I thought if they're all as good as this with the celebrating, why did I wait this long? It was weird being an all-seater ground in 1993. A party on the bus all the way back to Ba...

The Wurzels.

Sunny Weston-Super-Mare.

Listen to it. Brilliant song that will put a smile on your face - and we all need one at the moment! :D

Re: FA cup draw Monday

Lewis Hogg played for both sides.

I remember him scoring at Leigh RMI in a 4-1 win in October 2003 but not making much of an impression, despite 16 appearances. One of Martin Allen's many loan signings!

Re: York (Hive) The Match Thread Forming a Shield Wall

Hope the person is safe and getting some sort of medical attention now. It's maybe not the worst decision if the match is postponed. I know fans are in the ground and have travelled - and some a long way - but minds could be not on football. Both sides have another match Tuesday night as well. I th...

Re: York (Hive) The Match Thread Forming a Shield Wall

Our disciplinary record under Dirty Dean Brennan is shocking. Time's up. He's lost the dressing room.

Dorking 5-0 Dagenham & Redbridge. This makes last week into another pathetic performance.

Can the "mid-table" Barnet mount a comeback? Still 0-2.

The knee-jerkism in that post is ridiculous.
Er, no it's not fella.

Re: York (Hive) The Match Thread Forming a Shield Wall

My first memory of playing York was Barnet being top of the league with a brilliant team, maybe the best I've seen, and us losing 1-5. Was anyone else there? I'm sure we'll do better today. Yeah, It was one of my first games supporting Barnet and was quite a memorable afternoon. Even though it was ...

You're not allowed to say that! He's a f**k**g genius!

No fans that were there have a right to moan after seeing a nine-goal thriller. What a game to keep track of!
