Merstham v Barnet XI on Friday 29th, KO 7:45 as per Merstham's Twitter feed
Not sure what this means for the planned XI friendly with Ashford Town the following day

The game at Merstham is an academy game, Dean Selvey mentioned in his interview a couple of weeks back that the kids have 2 games against 'mens' teams - shouldn''t affect the Ashford game at all. The other game is at Harringay borough on tuesday ko 7pm.

Will be tough games for the academy lads I imagine, both Ryman League sides and some of the better U18s will be playing in the XI friendlies

I think now that it has been an interesting way we have tackled pre-season this summer. Merstam is a lovely little place easily accessible by train. I watched them take on Hendon last year. I seem to recall they won with a goal right at the end. Worth the visit if you get the chance. Tommy Salinger will be there working on his resurrection as a Barnet fan.
