We need a boost in the arm............................
Remember all those scrummy things in years gone that used to only be available at Christmas?
The Hammond Family Goody Corner was started by my old man when I was a kiddie. There would be a Satsuma Oranges, Mixed Nuts, Chocs and Eat Me Dates, but we were not allowed to touch anything till Christmas Eve. I keep the tradition going at our house now and post it here every year. Although the Reckless "boys" are 27 and 23 they still love it!
Nothing posh you understand, no Fortnum & Mason Hampers or Harrods Gift Boxes just stuff that you can scoff and pig out on and at the same time not worry about fillings, waistlines or cholesterol for a week or so.

RECKLESS FAMILY XMAS GOODY CORNER 2016 was started today and in its infancy at the moment but will be edited as we get nearer Christmas. It currently holds:

Large pack of Salted Cashew Nuts
Large Pack of Salted Peanuts
After Eight Mints
Heroes Tin
Roses Tin
Four pack of Frys Chocolate Cream (obigatory)
Box of Icing topped Mince Pies

Sadly this year the West Sussex umpires Christmas quiz and buffet had no cheese football's for my annual fix...I'm hoping Stones Ginger wine, Terry's chocolate orange and a mountain of cheese and cheese biscuits including Cheddars will figure. Also English sparkling wine.

Got two tins of Cheese Footballs to satisfy the seasonal need last Wednesday. Bit low on Brazil nuts in the Tesco loose nut selection though.
