Sandwichgate was the year before against them in the FA Cup. They were the managers of Concord back then too!

On the subject to naughty Supporters from the past, in my formative years I used to watch Hitchin Town I can remember back in 1976 I think, Hitchin drew Barnet in the FA Cup. After a 1-1 draw at Underhill on a mud bath the replay was on a tuesday night. They was 1000+ crowd and I can remember a 'crew ' of 15 or so Barnet fans charging the Hitchin crowd on the 'Grass Bank End', they were repelled and chased out of the ground. About two weeks later Barnet again visited Hitchin in the FA Trophy, this time the crowd was a normal 400-500, at half time 25-30 Barnet Supporters, adorned in denim and doctor martins, came in through the turnstiles and spent the second half roaming the ground looking for potential targets, without success. I hide under my fur rimmed hood of the Parker, as there were too many for me to take on.

Anyone on here remember those games or care to admit to being part of the Barnet crew that took part in these raids?

Dark days in that period, too young to go on my own and Dad wouldn't take me, had to wait until 75-76 in Div 1North, where it was still grim!

One of my dearest friends has just texted me to call me Hatchet Hammond. As he wasn't born then that is silly.
I will admit to having amber Painted Doc Martens but only as a "front".

Mark Cooper claiming they have purposely kept the grass long and not watered the pitch to prevent FGR from playing their passing game in the lunchtime kick off
Let's hope they've not flooded the away dressing room too (although not making much difference at the mo as FGR 1-0 up)

Can't help but feel Lincoln will rue that cup run

Salt in the visitors half-time tea is always a good one.

Laxative in the half time tea is even better.
