Alex Iwobi has been subbed after playing pretty poorly.

Me too! So that's what they were chanting!
There was a very good natured pitch invasion at the end and the players quite happily posed for selfies with the fans.
Senegal were the better side until Nigeria's equaliser. After that the Super Eagles played with much more confidence.
A crowd of 2,013 - most of them Naija supporters.

The way the keeper 'fell' towards the post before the guy hit the penalty looked a bit suspect...

Very entertaining evening (mainly because of the enthusiastic and good natured crowd) although not great quality football. Some appalling shooting. Very cold so the guy with the large gold fly whisk didn't have much to do. The players were great when the pitch was invaded, willing to have dozens of selfies with fans.

Queues and delays for tickets. The collection point for pre paid tickets was behind the North Stand and the two staff on duty were a bit overwhelmed. Scenes of non PC comedy as the staff tried to understand the spelling of names. A man in front of me asked for tickets in a Nigerian name which the ticket guy couldn't find so the customer said "His family call him Dada so it might be in that name. They'll be in a white envelope". Laughing all round.

Looking forward to going to the Burkino Faso game.

Isn't that illegal? If any Barnet fans ran on to the pitch at the Hive after a normal match they'd be arrested?

God knows what the state of the pitch will be like tomorrow. It makes us look tinpot.

We should have all been arrested after the Gateshead match then!
You're right that it could damage the pitch, although the cold clear night as well as the fine spring weather that we're going to have should offer enough mitigation against that

I would have thought that a damaged pitch may enhance our chances of winning against Cheltenham.

The last thing we want to do at the moment is get drawn into any kind of football match.

I was told Mondays game was called off due to visa problems for the players. Can anyone double check with the club staff?

Sounds like pretty poor organisation on BF's part. If your country doesn't have a British embassy it's probably best not to wait until the last minute to get visas sorted

I'm sure we could put together a team to give them a game on Monday!
