The club doesn't even have the fixtures on the website, probably assume its only parents who go to watch.[/quote]

Agreed. Very poor. Not just parents go to watch. As has been suggested a twitter note would have been helpful!
A good (if fortunate) 4-3 win though.

Our youth team play Wingate & Fichley tomorrow at The Hive in the FA Youth Cup 1st Round. Kick off is 8pm.
The winners are at home to MK Dons or Southend in the 2nd Round.
Good luck to our young Bees.

And I would have been tempted to pop along and watch this game, but why on earth an 8pm kick off on a Wednesday night, Understand that they moved the game day.

This should have been 7.15/7.30 KO at the latest for this game, starting at this later time would probably have put a fair few off from going to watch, as well as the Spurs Champions League Game

It would be good for as many to go as possible to support the boys....plus, as Danny says it might give an interesting preview of any future talent!

Hopefully a convincing win tonight so we're ready for a big test in the second round. I expect decent prize money is awarded by the FA and the further we go, the better.

Good luck to the young Bees.

Looking forward to this match and going by Wingate's coach they are as well and intended to get through to the next round. https://twitter.com/WinfinchleyYth/stat ... 8620520449

I think the 1st team squad, should be made to watch this, after Saturday.

I have a vested interest in both clubs but hopefully going to watch some exciting football.

Looks like your hopes are paying off 4-0 to the good at the moment. 256 in attendance. Well done young Bees.

Well done to our u18s.
They go through to face MKDons in Round 2. MK beat Southend 1 0. MK are top of the Youth Alliance Division in which we play, and beat our u18 team 3 0 last week, so it will be a very difficult tie for our young Bees.

At least we're through and have another home tie. MK Dons will be tough but a bit of luck and anything could happen on the night.

Good work tonight young Bees. :D

These lads are going to get plenty of competitive action over the next few weeks, what with the Middlesex Senior cup and Checkatrade Trophy fixtures looming. One would expect a sprinkling of U18 players blooded into both sides. It's all good for them.
