Sean Devine.
Spot on. :D

How it came about I don't know. The fanzine Two Together always called him that. Maybe John C knows why?
John C can hopefully confirm but did I read it came about because of an injury he got once and he had 2 big lumps on his foot.

He did indeed. The physio wound him that it was something serious. And the nickname Lumpy was created.

A few of us called, and still do refer regularly, to David Hillier as the radish thief which materialised out of him coming to us after being caught as a baggage thief at an airport.

This nickname came about after he left the club.
No it didn't. We used to call him that at Underhill. It clearly went with him, but was started by us.

I seem to recall Keith Alexander being called 'Toblerone Head' due to his inability to direct a header
Gary Phillips is 'Sumo'
I believe Paul Wilson was called 'psycho'
Gary Poole was the 'Acid Man'

Graham Westley is known by several nicknames, none of them acceptable in a family forum
Someone was called 'Nappy Head', but I can't remember who or why.

Stan Flashman used to call John Docker and other Bees players every name under the sun when mumbling to himself during matches. We used to stand in the South West corner of the ground to specifically hear these, when we were not sitting on the barriers behind the goal.

Nappy Head was originally Elwyn Roberts because he was basically sh@t at heading. It was transferred to Tim Alexander for while until we found out that Peter Scott (Yeah he was responsible for many nicknames) called him Spotty Dog after the Woodentops puppets. Check out You Tube if you must and see how he runs!

Beestard, you're turning into a legend. :D

I remember Beeastard, he was banned after “so” complained to TK.
I thought he deleted his own profile. I certainly did not report him anywhere. TK does not manage this board, unlike Netbees which you ruined.
