30+ in 24-25 seasons, doesn't exactly breed confidence for whats to come.

most of those have been 'temporary, caretaker or interim' appointments while he has dithered over who to actually appoint.

He was speaking with Ian Hendon the other day, for those out there that like to put 2+2 together....just smashed £2000 on him being the next permanent head coach.
