The two players I cant think of are bugging me.

Think the fella in white on the left may be Alan Dafforn, John Still's trusted scout?
Not sure about the other one on the right.

As for the players, is number 4, bottom row John Butterfield?
I seem to remember Still giving squad numbers to 3 or 4 youngsters at the start of that season.
The one in the back row I haven't a clue.
Barnet showing all the flair of Rupert-the-Bears trousers, but lots more style!

Good effort, I thought top left might be Culverhouse but had he already left us by then?

6 on the top line of pic 1 is Pope. I'm rather impressed with my guess on that. He's still playing and has just signed for Walthamstow.

Being that you wouldn't have named a keeper on the bench in those days, I love the fact we have 4, although appreciate there was reserve league, and is one of them M.Flashman?
