Problem with influx of players from one club.

Cant help think there's a divide in the squad. It must feel like the daggenham lot have come in and taken over. Sweeney stripped of captaincy. Shaq demoted to bench warmer etc.

Normally new players have to settle in by adjusting. But, when its a group as big as this, all from one team...

Something must be going on.

Good shout this but who really knows?
There is a very deep malaise that has been working its way to the club's psyche for a while now. To be fair I saw it coming back in pre season and the buck has to stop with Still. At this stage we are actually no better than National Conference South. That is reality and something must be done urgently or we will deservedly end up there!

God knows why he thought recruiting a load of ex Dagenham and Redbridge players was the way to go. Mr Still's judgement will now be bought into focus probably more than at any time in his managerial career but that just goes with the territory.

I wonder if there was an element of john still thinking: these are good blokes that deserve a decent contract. The shambles at daggenham would have left a lot of JS's friends in a life pickle.

Although MA has a habbit of taling the players he trusts with him - maybe its not so unusual.
