What a crap set of highlights. Not only did they miss Barham's shot that hit the underside of the bar, they missed out Fonguck's shot that hit the post in the first half and Sweeney heading wide from a corner in the second half.MCB wrote:Does this show Barham hitting the post?

No it doesn't. Doesn't show Wesley's effort that hit the post either!MCB wrote:Does this show Barham hitting the post?

And in the interests of being fair to both sides, it doesn't show Tutonda's dismissal either.
Barnet showing all the flair of Rupert-the-Bears trousers, but lots more style!

Winning games breeds confidence and the this team certainly has it now, the save by Cousins in the second half from that close range shot looked even better on the highlights (A save you would expect him to make but still)
Agree with McLeod about maybe playing Sparks on Saturday in the LWB role.
Away win and a clean sheet.

The Bromley fans on their messageboard have been very complimentary about Barnet's performance last night. Good to see!

Yesterday was a good result but we should have won more comfortably.
I remain convinced that Barham's shot crossed the line and the decision to book him was also harsh.
Not sure about sparkes at left wing back as I don't think he has the engine to get up and down the line.
My preference would be for us to play Payne there.
Also thought Cousins had a good game.

IMO the ball was over the line but not completely, therefore no goal.
Not that the lino could see, he was still on the edge of the 18 yard box.

There's no reason why the Lino would have been on the goal line, And, if he wasn't in a position to see it how could he signal for the goal?barnetpete wrote:IMO the ball was over the line but not completely, therefore no goal.

Barham's "goal" is on the club's free extensive highlights. But it's still very hard to see. Not like this effort, in Scotland! https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/45409767

Having seen the extended highlights I have to say that Tutonda’s second yellow was a ridiculous decision and that it did look like Jack Barham’s shot crossed the line.
