Tickets
Is it me being stupid, or is the website not showing tickets available for tomorrow's game?

Thanks very much. Guess we need to call up to get advance tickets then. Cheers.

Re: Tickets
Called up, they wouldn't let me purchase tickets over the phone. I'm 100% certain I have purchased tickets over the phone before. They said it should be available online, but as it isn't the only option is to go to The Hive.

Re: Tickets
I have had a look and not there. We had the third lowest attendance on Saturday behind Eastleigh and Harrogate. Not being able to buy tickets isn't going to help
Re: Tickets
I had emails bounce back from the 2 main email addresses - info@ and members@ on Friday, so possibly they are having IT issues?
Not sure how the 2 things would be related, but just to give the club the benefit of the doubt!
But doesn't seem like they are trying to avoid a sub-1000 crowd!

Re: Tickets
Its such a shame that football get in the way of people doing their jobs at The Hive London!!!, one day they will realise they work in a customer service industry probably by which time our support will have dwindled to a handful!!
I guess it depends on what time you are planning to get there tomorrow as I doubt there will be queues at ticket office until 20-30 mins before kick off if they haven't sorted online portal out by then!

You can buy tickets for the Kanu game online. This is just an observation rather than a "everything comes ahead of Barnet FC" post.MCB wrote:I had emails bounce back from the 2 main email addresses - info@ and members@ on Friday, so possibly they are having IT issues?

Yeh, that's been on there for a couple of weeks though. Wonder if they have had issues adding the game or something.BeeBoi1980 wrote:You can buy tickets for the Kanu game online. I say that, but I think we know perfectly well, they'd have spent 2 weeks trying to think of a Marketing strategy before selling tickets, and what stands will be open, and later on tonight they will launch a 2 for 1 with the South and North stand closed.
Re: Tickets
I think it was Braintree and Solihull who had gates lower than ours, but, yes, we had the third lowest.ccollis_869 wrote:I have had a look and not there. We had the third lowest attendance on Saturday behind Eastleigh and Harrogate. Not being able to buy tickets isn't going to help
It does seem that the Club is doing its best to piss off its own supporters. One can only wonder why.
Cue the conspiracy theories.
Re: Tickets
I'm not one for conspiracy theories, I just think we're shit at taking the supporters into consideration.
As there are no supporters to tell the club what the issues are.
Which is why we need a Supporters Association with a good relation to TK.

We are customers not supporters... Get it right!

Game is on site now. Family stand closed so don’t know if they will do an offer.

But beware. If you go to the ticket booking site the kick off time is stated at 20.00.
The match, in fact, kicks off at 19,45.
Sigh... One day we will get everything right....but don't hold your breath.

Good news, that's fairly proactive, got it online within a couple of hours.hoppy wrote:At last.To bee or not to bee wrote:Game is on site now. Family stand closed so don’t know if they will do an offer.
