Let's hope we do a Coventry and do free entry or whatever....BT Sport will air title chasers Leyton Orient’s visit to last year’s Promotion Finalists Boreham Wood. The match will be shown on Saturday 8 December, kick-off 12.35pm.
Following this, Barnet’s home match with Dover Athletic will be live on BT Sport at lunchtime on Saturday 22 December, kick off 12.35pm.
And a week later, current National League leaders Salford City fall under the camera’s gaze as they visit Barrow on Saturday 29 December kick off 12.35pm.
New Year’s Day sees Sutton United take on Bromley, on BT Sport, with kick-off at 7.45pm.

900 seems to be the core now and anything less than 2 thousand will look a bit crap anyway so it really won't matter that much.

Wonder if Arsenal still have those boards of painted fans they used at Highbury with taped atmosphere?

How about we close the West Stand and squeeze everyone into the terrace and north stands so will look better on tv

BT seem to be picking a few small derbies & some strange games this season. They don’t seem to be going for 2 ‘big’ teams against each other at all. Unless that’s for the 2nd half of the season.
Full premier league fixtures that day & Arsenal at lunch time - I don’t think there will be many viewers, live or on the telly.
Much better when it’s a long away game on tv (for the selfish of us in here).

To be fair we will get that with Hartlepool game in November.PBBee wrote:BT seem to be picking a few small derbies & some strange games this season. They don’t seem to be going for 2 ‘big’ teams against each other at all. Unless that’s for the 2nd half of the season.

I can't see the attraction for any neutral - mid table v relegation zone. There again, I'd have preferred them to televise us away to Barrow / Gateshead / Fylde.

Just means we can’t have a few beers with the early TV game really.
Why are we so big time ?!

Who’s to say that we won’t be in the top 7-ish by then?becbee wrote:I can't see the attraction for any neutral - mid table v relegation zone. There again, I'd have preferred them to televise us away to Barrow / Gateshead / Fylde.

4 games to make up 7 points (1 is game in hand!) so fairly unlikely but you never know!rudebwoyben wrote:Who’s to say that we won’t be in the top 7-ish by then?becbee wrote:I can't see the attraction for any neutral - mid table v relegation zone. Having looked at the fixtures for 22nd Dec, there's not a single one which stands out. As things stand at the moment, it seems to be top v bottom with only 2 sides in the top half playing each other and mainly north v south. I reckon they just put a pin in the fixture list to chose.
