That's not right, he played 291 minutes across 4 games. No goals though and he's not good enough for the NL unless he sorts his fitness out. He looks about a stone overweight to me.

Assuming that he's not injured, I think it says everything that when we are so down to the bare bones and can barely name a squad of 16, he is still being overlooked.

The Bettamer situation just feels like a complete waste. Having been a journeyman for a few years and played step 5/non-pyramid football, and got off to a decent start at this level with Braintree, you'd think he'd hit the ground running after getting his first pro contract but he's just looked overweight and lethargic for us and didn't look any better when I saw him at Welling last season either.
