Definitely Barnet FC.
I have never seen one of these before and I have been watching Barnet since 1961, so I think it must be pre that date.

The 'font' for want of a better word, for B F C suggests 1920s to 1930s (in my opinion).
I don't know if pins were made back then but if they were, this must be a rarity.

Looks like it but I don't think it can be any older than the 50s.

From Wikipedia:

The club's current crest was designed in the 1950s and contains the green hill of High Barnet and the red rose, white rose and crossed swords representing the 1471 Battle of Barnet, a pivotal battle in the Wars of the Roses. The badge was designed by Sidney Robert Price who was the chairman of the club at the time.

This is the Barnet crest on a Badge from pre 1939.
