Wonder if we'll end up with blocks F and G if we sell out soon enough?
I fully expect it to be a sell out and new attendance record. Gateshead was just over 7000?
Chesterfield last year at 5539 is the ground attendance record for the Hive.
I’m sure Gateshead was just over 7000. I think we’ll see 7500.
The ground capacity is 6418, capped at 5176 but we obtained permission to exceed that for the Chesterfield match.
I don't remember our gate v Gateshead but it couldn't possibly have been anywhere remotely near 7000.

Gateshead would have been less as we only had the old terrace, not the new south stand.
Capacity of yerra e was 800ish, i think. So should be a new hive record.

The seats shown as sold include members seats which may or may not be sold yet. I personally know 5 members who can’t be there for various reasons. I wonder at what stage they will release unsold members seats for general sale.

My understanding was that both terraces (now only 1) have a safety limit of 1100 but are capped at 800 and something as part of the 5176 planning permission issue. That cap combined with blocks F and G is the difference. Ie doubt that F and G will go on sale unless

A Brentford fans are disinterested and don’t sell all or their tickets

Or

b we can dispensation to raise the capacity.

Was under the impression the planning permission granted for the South Stand removes the Hive's capacity cap. But maybe it only comes into force once it is built?

I think the club are waiting to see which set of fans show a higher demand for those 2 blocks.

Brentford fans will not given any of the West Stand surely??

1900 tickets is more than enough & much more than premier league fans get going to Bournemouth for example!
