Future internantional games?

Post: # 280812Post letchbee94 »

What fixtures we got on future international weekends? Just so we know before we pay out on any travel again.

I did wonder this myself, as the club might pull the same trick again. Here's the relevant international dates and corresponding Barnet fixtures for the rest of the season I think (though Jerroll may correct us here!)

7-15 October: Bromley (H) ; Woking (H)
11- 19 November: Stockport (H)
23 -31 March: Dover (A)

Well if those fixtures are correct then it is not to bad, apart for the Stockport fans who might be wanting to buy cheap train tickets in advanced.

Apart from the Dover game they are all Hive fixtures, having said that we don't wanna be falling behind on fixtures to much and find ourselves in same position we was last season.

My guess is that the depleted squad was the real driver of the decision to postpone. Later on in the season, with more players hopefully match fit, I think we'd probably not invoke our right to postpone if we get three call ups. Especially as we could start to get a bit of a fixture backlog emerging if we do this again.
