Potters Bar 1000 Ticket Allocation Sales
Re: Potters Bar 1000 Ticket Allocation Sales
Crazy how that in today's world we're unable to buy these online.
I was unable to get to the game on Saturday and work full time, miles away from The Hive, what am I meant to do, chance it on Saturday? It's 2019....

Have you explained your situation to the club? Not sure if they'd help but maybe they could post to you, or leave for collection at PB ticket on the day. Maybe too sensible! John Meir is a good contact at the club in my experience so may be worth a go. I do agree though, and feel a better solution would be to have someone by the Barnet turnstile with pre-ordered/pre-paid tickets for collection.

Potters Bar were selling both home and away tickets yesterday afternoon. They are selling tickets every night this week until 9pm so presumably could sell you an away ticket if you turn up after work.
Re: Potters Bar 1000 Ticket Allocation Sales
Potters Bar say they are selling a limited number of away tickets tonight. As well as their last few home tickets.

Tickets are also on sale at Barnet to 11pm each night - so, not exactly limited hours.

Great post and hits the nail on the head. Why am I going to travel 600 miles and have an overnight stay at a total cost of approx £150 just to buy a £15 ticket? In 2019! I love this club but surely they understand that some fans live more than an hour away and can’t just pop to the Hive after work.WinchyBee wrote:Crazy how that in today's world we're unable to buy these online.

The home club would decide the ticket selling arrangements, I doubt Potters Bar have much of a means to be able to sell online, I'm sure they're stretched logistically as it is.magiovinium_bee wrote:Great post and hits the nail on the head. Isn't that a bit like saying Potters Bar should specify how many people Barnet had in the box office to sell the tickets they have been given to sell ?BeeDeceived wrote:The home club would decide the ticket selling arrangements, I doubt Potters Bar have much of a means to be able to sell online, I'm sure they're stretched logistically as it is.magiovinium_bee wrote:Great post and hits the nail on the head. If Barnet wanted to sell the tickets online they could easily have done so and either distributed them on the day or by using the postal system to get them delivered and charged a handling fee to cover the cost. They obviously have their reasons for not doing this.
If I couldn't get to a box office in time to pick up a ticket I would give the club a call and ask if I can buy one and pay for it to be posted by Special Delivery. Either that or see if there is a fellow supporter who is able to help out by buying one for me to collect and pay for on the day or by Paypal.
Re: Potters Bar 1000 Ticket Allocation Sales
Tickets can’t be bought any later than 4pm Friday.

Come on - let’s sell them all. Won’t be a good look if we return some.

PB are selling some more away tickets tonight, from 6pm-9pm.
Re: Potters Bar 1000 Ticket Allocation Sales
Potters Bar Town have only around 100 "home" tickets left.
This game has really caught the imagination of the Potters Bar residents.

Are we starting to sound like a big club moaning about a small club c.f. Brentford last season...?
