Well done 55moth. Yes, BEE A BENEFICIARY was a 12/1 winner yesterday. Whoop!!
Two possibilities today.

3.05 Cartmel BEENO (7/1)
7.30 Haydock SAVE THE BEES (12/1)

BEENO, 3rd and 2nd in its two races this season, and often in the frame, carries top weight. It has won at Cartmel three times, in fact it won exactly a year ago but since then it's handicap rating has gone up by 22lb. Today BEENO runs half a mile further than usual. I would be cautious, maybe an e/w possibility.
SAVE THE BEES is in woeful form. Also it has had dismal runs previously at Haydock. On the plus side, though, it has been dropped a few pounds in the handicap and, historically, it usually does well at this time of the year. Again, a small e/w, but don't book your holiday until after its race today.

Best of luck folks.
Get the holiday brochures out folks.
SAVE THE BEES 1st at 10/1 and BEENO 3rd at 9/2.

So, we age had a 12/1 winner and a 10/1 winner just recently. Can our luck continue today?
Only one runner today......

3.20 Cartmel AMBER FLUSH (16/1)

AMBER FLUSH is very inconsistent but has had a small handful of wins, most notably a 66/1 win last July at Worcester. A new course and a new jockey (Sean Bowen) for our nag today. It just might be worth a small each way flutter.

Best of luck folks.

Well AMBER FLUSH finished well down. As I said, a very inconsistent nag.

Two good possibilities today.
4.00 Bath AMBERINE (5/2)
8.00 Sandown BUZZ LIGHTYERE (7/2)

AMBERINE was a course and distance winner last time and, for the very first time, the trainer has booked the same jockey to ride him, Frannie Norton. Worth a flutter.
Our old friend BUZZ LIGHTYERE usually races at Brightin but the trainer is getting more adventurous. Last time out he took him to Ascot where he duly won, now to Sandown tonight. His form in July is fairly strong. Worth consideration.

Best of luck folks.

AMBERINE finished third at 3/1. It might have done even better but it's saddle slipped. We will keep an eye out for it next time. BUZZ LIGHTYERE came in 4th.

Just the one today, but it has chances.
6.25 Doncaster ITSAFREEBEE (9/4)

This nag is having a good run of form and is looking today to complete a hat trick of wins. A small field so the 9/4 looks appealing.

Best of luck folks.

Well, ITSAFREEBEE was beaten into 2nd at 2/1. Never mind. Onwards and upwards.

Four from the "Bees stable" today, plus a guest nag.
3.10 Thirsk BEE MACHINE (4/1)
6.45 Wexford WHATS YOUR BEEF (33/1)
7.00 York AMBERSAND (14/1)
8.20 Chepstow BUMBLE BAY (18/1)

And our guest nag today, in view of our PSF v West Ham u23s tomorrow....
4.20 Thirsk IRON SKY (7/2)

Best of luck folks.

Good job we had the guest nag yesterday as it was the only one to make the frame. IRON SKY was 1st at 9/4.
So, for the same reasons as yesterday, another guest nag today.
Only one from our stable which is....
1.10 Newcastle AMBER SPARK (11/2), This is a two year old having its third run today. Neither of its two previous runs were eye-catching, the first over 5f, the second over 6f. Today it steps up to 7f. I would be cautious on backing this nag today.

Our guest nag is....
2.30 Gowran IRON BLUE (18/1)

Best of luck folks.

AMBER SPARK came home 2nd on Saturday, the step up in trip must have helped it. Nothing doing from the guest nag.
Two today....

3.20 Lingfield KABOOBEE (66/1)
6.15 Wolverhampton THE AMBER FORT (17/2)

KABOOBEE has been woeful in its two previous runs over 6f. It now tries a mile. I am very not tempted!
THE AMBER FORT could do ok. It likes Wolverhampton with its two wins to date being over course and distance. New jockey on board, Andrew Mullen.Small each way????

Well if you did THE AMBER FORT each way you had a little pick up as it came in 2nd at 8/1. KABOBEE continued its run of finishing last which it has done in every race so far.

Today two runners and they are both in the same race.
5.00 Redcar DISPLAYING AMBER (28/1) and HADLEY (18/1)

Both nags have dropped a bit in the handicap after some mediocre races recently. If I was to choose between the two it would be HADLEY but only a small each way wager.

Best of luck folks.

Well, HADLEY blew out and DISPLAYING AMBER was a non runner.

Just the one runner today but it is our thread-leader.
4.30 Nottingham SAVE THE BEES (6/1)

SAVE THE BEES has been raised 6lb after its win last time out but I believe this wizened old nag can defy the penalty.
It won on its last visit to Nottingham in September 2016 and it won on 2nd August 2017, so why not?
A few of my pennies are going on to SAVE THE BEES to WIN TODAY!!!!

Best of luck folks.

A very disappointing run from SAVE THE BEES on Thursday, still, onwards and upwards. Three Bees horses today plus a "guest" nag for any Aldershot fans reading this.

2.00 Galway LIGHTNING AMBER (9/4)
2.20 Doncaster BEER WITH THE BOYS (3/1)
3.00 Goodwood DEE EX BEE (15/8)

LIGHTNING AMBER is a two year old, 3rd twice in its two previous races and goes up in distance today which may suit. Could win!!
BEER WITH THE BOYS! has only had four races to date and is still finding its way. I will avoid this one today
DEE EX BEE, 2nd in the Derby but then two races not so good. Worth a punt today.

Our "guest" nag is:
1.50 Goodwood DARK SHOT (40/1). A bit too high in the handicap for my liking but worth a small e/w punt if you feel lucky.

Best of luck folks.

Well all of our horses made the frame on Saturday, but no winners.
DEE EX BEE was 2nd at6/4, LIGHTNING AMBER also 2nd at 2/1, BEER WITH THE BOYS 3rd at 3/1 and DARK SHOT 4th at 14/1.

Two today....
2.30 Ripon DISPLAYING AMBER (14/1)
3.20 THE BOOLA BEE (14/1)

My preference would be the latter, worth a small each way punt.

Best of luck folks.

No joy yesterday.
Today could be good.

5.15 Catterick BEE MACHINE (9/2)
6.10 Ayr TOBEEORNOTTOBEE (3/1)

BEE MACHINE returns to Catterick where it was a winner in April. New jockey on board who claims 3lb off of the weight. Good chances!!
TOBEEORNOTTOBEE also has a new jockey on board and this nag drops in class. Also has good chances!

Finally, one for the old'uns, 6.00 Roscommon OLD SUPPORTER (33/1). Do you qualify???

Well done to TOBEEORNOTTOBEE, 1st at 11/4. Hope you got it.
OLD SUPPORTER came in 2nd at 16/1.

Two more for you today.
3.20 Chepstow AMBERINE (11/4)
5.10 Brighton DARK AMBER (16/1)

AMBERINE was 3rd last time out and could have done better but the saddle slipped. This nag has its first run at Chepstow and could do well.
DARK AMBER has done woefully for the past two seasons. Last year it raced over in Ireland but is now back in England and has its first run for its new trainer today. I will watch but not bet on it.

Best of luck folks.

Neither nag obliged yesterday.
Just the one tiday.

5.45 Newcastle AMBER SPARK (15/8)
Only four runners in this race and AMBER SPARK is the 2nd favourite. It had a good run over course and distance last time out and has a decent chance of winning today.

Best of luck folks.

A win for AMBER SPARK yesterday at 11/4.

Today a first ever run for AMBER SHOT, a two year old which is also entered into a valuable Grade 2 race in Seotember.

6.15 Haydock AMBER SHOT (28/1)

Worth a speculative each way at that price.
Best of luck, folks.
