The weather has hit the racing over the past couple of days, however, one meeting has survived the cold snap and we have one runner with a good chance of winning.
2.10 Lingfield GRACIOUS JOHN (5/2). GRACIOUS JOHN won this corresponding race last year off a 6lb higher mark. Worth a punt.

Best of luck folks.

There's not a lot of happy news on our Forum at the moment so I'm pleased to tell you that JACK BLANE has just won. That makes it 5 consecutive wins for our nags, The bookies are quaking!!
What chance of a 6th straight win with JEOPARDY JOHN?
Well, unlikely, however, punters are backing him. Only Coral is still offering 16/1. All other bookies are 8/1 or less. Be quick if you want a sneaky each way bet with Coral.

Well our impressive winning run came to end yesterday, but JEOPARDY JOHN was not disgraced coming in 3rd at 12/1. It looks like Norfolk & Chance might have taken the hint and a little pick-up so well done there.

GRACIOUS JOHN obliged yesterday, winning at 3/1. RECKLESS LAD was a 25/1 3rd.
Eight runners today.
12.15 Newcastle BARRYS JACK (3/1)
12.40 Ascot HATCHET JACK (16/1) and NATTER JACK CROAK (12/1)
1.45 Lingfield PETITE JACK (9/2)
2.10 Haydock BAZOOKA (14/1)
2.25 Ascot UNOWHATIMEANHARRY (2/1)
3.00 Ascot BIGBADJOHN (25/1)
3.30 Lingfield NICKY BABY (25/1)

There's no racing tomorrow or on Christmas Day so can I take this opportunity of wishing all Save The Bees readers a Very Happy Xmas. A win or two from our nags today would help with the seasonal cheer, and three points from the Bees would be the icing on top of the Christmas cake.

Best of luck folks.
