and as it stands we have moved up a place in the league, if we could get a win today we would drag Aldershot (who have played quite a lot of games compared with others around us) back into it.

Give me a sheepskin jacket and a microphone and I'm your man.

Seriously though, by next season hopefully a live match center may be pieced together on the onlybarnet website with live info and chat room.

As for the game, it sounds like we are slowly coming into it. Mcleod has had a few breaks but I think he would greatly improve if he had another striker to play off (Taylor?)

Going in 0-0 away from home at half time was the stuff of dreams under Stimson.

BBC and Sky Sports were saying Macclesfield had gone 1-0 up with Tyrone Barnett scoring a pen! All corrected now.

Thank goodness!
Reported on the Beeb Sport Site as Macc 1-0 with the goal credited to Barnett.

I presume that the PA person at the game said Barnet has scored a penalty and whoever puts it on the wires presumed that Barnet was Tyrone Barnett and therefore Macc had scored. Despair to joy!

Press Association seem to mess our games more than other teams.

Who cares while we're winning!

3 more goals and we go above Macclesfield. Is that too positive?
