Went along with someone just to see how it is and ended playing myself, great workout and great company and it is not as easy as it looks, I am 38 myself and would recommend any level of footballer to try this format out, hopefully more will make it down for next week

This is Staf from The Hive Community Trust.

Thanks to those of you who joined in yesterday, I hope you all had a great time, it was great meeting you all and to have the first session taken in such good spirits. In time I'll draft up a list of the rules we're playing to and post them here for others to have a look at.

If anyone has any questions, Matt and I will be at The Hive today, as we are every Saturday. You can also email us or ask in this thread, which I'll check every so often.

It does have to be walking because its walking football. Part of the rules.
