The Reckless Xmas Goody Corner has started again!

Post: # 168734Post Reckless »

We need cheering up.........................................

Remember all those scrummy things in years gone that used to only be available at Christmas?
The Hammond Family Goody Corner was started by my old man when I was a kiddie. There would be a Satsuma Oranges, Mixed Nuts, Chocs and Eat Me Dates, but we were not allowed to touch anything till Christmas Eve. I keep the tradition going at our house now and post it here every year. Although the Reckless "boys" are 26 and 22 they still love it!
Nothing posh you understand, no Fortnum & Mason Hampers or Harrods Gift Boxes just stuff that you can scoff and pig out on and at the same time not worry about fillings, waistlines or cholesterol for a week or so.
I am once again hoping that my dear friend Gordon Marshall will pick me up a box of Newbury Fruits too like last year :ohlord:

RECKLESS FAMILY XMAS GOODY CORNER 2015 was started today and in its infancy at the moment but will be edited as we get nearer Christmas. It currently holds:

Large pack of Salted Cashew Nuts
Large Pack of Salted Peanuts
After Eight Mints
3 tubes of Pringles (Assorted flavours)
M and S Scottish Shortbread
Twelve Pack of Cadbury Mini Rolls
Heroes Tin
Roses Tin
Family Bag of Walkers Crisps
Four pack of Frys Chocolate Cream
Tesco Finest Mince Pies
Box of Icing topped Mince Pies

Happy Christmas to all Barnet fans!
