Taken from his LinkedIn

Certificate in gym instruction REPS Level 2
Certificate in advanced personal training with nutrition for health and fitness REPS Level 3
Kettle Bell and VIPR Training

Probably a replacement for CW - will lead the herbalife masses next season!

Aldershot captain. Solid non league player. Ex Borehamwood.

He's a CB no? Him and Santos is a strong and imposing pairing.

He is indeed. Centre back. Re CW - just meant (and failed!) the Herbal angle.

With Nelson leaving we need another leader type of character back there.
Barnet showing all the flair of Rupert-the-Bears trousers, but lots more style!

For someone who's been in the game do so long he hasn't played that much competitive football until he signed for Aldershot. 80 odd games for them in 2 years and not many on their forum openly criticising him suggested he will be good. Also if the lack of football at an earlier age wasn't due to injury, you'd like to thank he'd be fit for a 28 year old.

Are you sure you’re not looking at a career record that only includes games at Conference level and above? Jennings has played over 300 games, which isn’t bad for a 28 year-old. However, until 2015 most of his league appearances were below Conference level, mostly for Borehamwood or Basingstoke Town, so they may account for some sources making it look like he’s not played a lot of senior games.

I stand corrected, if true.

Not sure how they can say it's a backwards move.

Fejiri Okenabirhie has left Dagenham & Redbridge to sign for League One side Shrewsbury Town for an undisclosed fee.

That's one to cross off the list!
