A simple solution to those out of pocket from Halifax PP

Post: # 261992Post foxy »

10x free double pints to purchase at your leisure over the remainder of the season

Means TK doesn't have to part with any cash, the fans will pretty much get reimbursed and Mr Scrooge could probably even claim the tax back.

Could also go along way to repairing some of the damage the club has done with its "customer" relations

You heard it hear first!!!!

However as a rule you Pay Tax on Sales and Claim on Purchases :P

Stick to bottled beer, Theakstons xxx for bitter drinkers. I'm sure there's bottled lager type beers as well.
TK might get the message then about his shit draught beers that are not looked after properly.

Agreed on the Theakstons although I wish they wouldn't keep it in the fridge! Ale should be cellar temeprature. (Spot the card carrying CAMRA member)

As a matter of interest can you get the Theakstons in Legends? Another card carrying CAMRA Member!

Indeed you can although you have to look for it. It's normally bottled in one of the fridges, just to the right of the centre of the bar. Gets served so rarely you often have to tell the bar staff where it is.

As another card carrying member of CAMRA I wish there was a choice of bottled beers for us but just Theakstons is better than nothing.
