Reckless's Guide to Ebbsfleet
Reckless's Guide to Ebbsfleet
Reckless suggests taking the train to Northfleet. However, a train from St Pancras to Ebbsfleet International only takes 17 minutes compared to Northfleet's 45/50minutes (from the centre of London) and prices for many of the trains are the same. The International station is only an additional 1/4 mile from the ground.

He's clueless. Famous for getting everything wrong. Keep well away.ETBee wrote:Reckless suggests taking the train to Northfleet. The last time we played at Ebbsfleet was in 2004/5, they were called Gravesend and Northfleet and Ebbsfleet International Station didn't exist - opened 2007. Clearly just a case of not having updated the Guide.

I remember standing on the platform waiting for the train back to London in 04/05 and we were looking down on ,at the time, the biggest building site in Europe.becbee wrote:The last time we played at Ebbsfleet was in 2004/5, they were called Gravesend and Northfleet and Ebbsfleet International Station didn't exist - opened 2007. It was inevitable that the whole local area would be renamed after the new station, even the football club.

Shoddy yes, but you have to feel sorry for him, he can’t help it.John_c wrote:Shoddybecbee wrote:The last time we played at Ebbsfleet was in 2004/5, they were called Gravesend and Northfleet and Ebbsfleet International Station didn't exist - opened 2007. If you come by car, avoid parking on the road off the roundabout opposite the main ground entrance. That road is a Freeway and if you park there, you are highly likely to get a parking ticket. Cars can be parked in Car Park C at Ebbsfleet International for £3.

All jokes aside your Xmas corner can be updated so why can’t the club update the guide posted on the official website?
