Turnstile entry: MANUAL ENTRY CODE
Turnstile entry: MANUAL ENTRY CODE
Hello everyone.
Is using the 'manual entry code' easy? I have some online tickets, but I also have some printer problems, and as such won't be able to physically print them.
Alternatively, can I use my phone to display the QR code? By zooming in on the email to display the QR code on my display?
Thanks.

Re: Turnstile entry: MANUAL ENTRY CODE
You can use your phone - never had a problem with any codes on phones.
Never seen anyone use the manual code really.

Agree with that, I zoomed in on the QR code to make it bigger for the scanner.PBBee wrote:...never had a problem with any codes on phones...

Phone always works. I take a screenshot of the QR code as quicker to pull up.

I tried tapping in Stan Flashman but it didn’t work
Re: Turnstile entry: MANUAL ENTRY CODE
I had this, there is no way of putting a manual code in (at least not at the home Brentford match) . Steward had no idea why it's given as an option. Just get a ticket from ticket office is another option.

I was stuck there the other week with a very dodgy leg , could hardly walk and went back twice to the ticket office. Would have thought that the steward could radio the code to the office and then pass through?
Re: Turnstile entry: MANUAL ENTRY CODE
I have never seen the stewards be allowed to do anything. They radio someone & make every single person go back to the ticket office, a common mistake seems to be the barcode not being printed on tickets!amberforever wrote:I was stuck there the other week with a very dodgy leg , could hardly walk and went back twice to the ticket office.
