Obviously that was his reason but I was just trying to point out that the Ladies results are always easily available, not that I am very interested.becbee wrote:I suspect Letchbee94 purely wanted to know whether our pitch was played on this afternoon. Like many of us he probably wasn't remotely interested in the match itself.RichardM wrote:The Spurs Ladies game did go ahead and Spurs won 2-1 with a winner scored in the 96th minute after West Ham equalised in the 89th minute. It is easy to find the result of these games if you are interested for whatever reason by going on the BBC football website.letchbee94 wrote:Was told yesterday that the pitch is ok now.talldarkslim wrote:Weather forecast is awful so there is a strong chance it will not go ahead
Does anyone know if the Spurs ladies game went ahead?
£15 does seem harsh imo especially as Farsley on charged us £10 to get in yesterday.
Re: FIFTEEN QUID...
No view on price for replay. Or how we played against Farsley. Wow your only comment is about another supporter. oh dear.Psycho wrote:All this moaning will make Roy57 have a heart attack.
Re: FIFTEEN QUID...
I haven't posted anything since we conceded against Halifax apart from asking when is the next round of the FA Trophy made. Let's just say I've had something that has put things into perspective. You accuse me of always being negative so I'll stop. Maybe I shouldn't have mentioned your name and I'm sorry if my comment upset you. From now on I'm holding back on posting which you'll be glad to hear.Roy57 wrote:No view on price for replay. Or how we played against Farsley. Also, no South, North or East stands open.
So far 7 (yes, SEVEN) tickets sold.
Ticket sales now booming.

At this rate we'll reach the capacity of the West Stand by around September!hoppy wrote:What was I worried about.hoppy wrote:... adult price to watch Tuesday's replay against Farsley.

Says it all really
That game is also live on BBC1.
Re: FIFTEEN QUID...
Aren't ticket prices agreed by both clubs (and the replay can't differ by a certain percentage from the initial game)?
Re: FIFTEEN QUID...
Just tried to book not even a hive discount? Could it be on artificial pitch? Barrow next round a tough one.

No it can't be on the artificial pitch, this is a FA competition which requires proper spectator facilities not a cage and a 3g pitch!king45bee wrote:Just tried to book not even a hive discount? Could it be on artificial pitch? Barrow next round a tough one.

Re: FIFTEEN QUID...
I feel sorry for the team, it looks like the game will be played in pouring rain and a howling wind in front of A very small handful of die hards. Not sure a trip down from Norfolk with the risk of cancellation is a chance worth taking.
Re: FIFTEEN QUID...
Clubs gone on the defensive here
Trouble is that a) fans are feeling very disillusioned and b) it's bloody January so everyone is broke
Club's got itself into a bit of a rut here.
From where i'm looking at it, only need about an extra 150 fans to make up the difference between dropping the price from £15 to £10.
Blessings on each and every one of you making this journey...

Re: FIFTEEN QUID...
Heavy rain forecast tomorrow, though most of it for period just after game finishes. If the rain arrives sooner than expected, I imagine game will be in serious jeopardy given how pitch struggled with rain on boxing day.
