I don’t think anyone has claimed he isn’t doing well.

We need a well drilled, rigid, defensive shape for away games that make us tough to break down, we currently do not have that, and have never had that under Brennan.

He been calling our defending naïve for the past 18 months, I think he can be quiet naïve tactically at times.
Having watched the highlights, the Plan A was clearly working - it's the players not finishing chance upon chance then naive defending a suckerpunch.

McCallum would have buried many of these as is a quality finisher even if less involved with build up. Effiong too.

Nicke our tailsman is not being found in games at the moment. Kanu has to start.

Is it worth seeing if Poleon would consider a move to The Hive?

McCallum i agree with, but Effiong is a stretch at best!

Looking at the highlights, it seems as though Stevens was as much to blame for the second penalty as Oluwo.

With basic wage, appearance money and goal bonus, McCallum is on 5k a week. I don't see TK paying that which is why McCallum left us after his loan before.

On another forum, rumours from Posh fans state that if Edwards goes, although we are due 50%(confirmed by their Chairman) instead of all the money, we might get Tshimanga as part of the deal. At the moment he is on loan at Fleetwood but out of favour.

Stevens should be last pick of our defenders from what I have seen so far - if needed go to flat 4 - it did us well for our long unbeaten run last season

McCallum yes please but he turned us down previously.
Poleon looked good against us at The Hive, less so in the return match. I'd have thought more likely he'd move in summer.
Effiong just looked like a big lump against us last month but he does have 10 goals in 18 appearances ( 6 in the last 5).

I will believe the Edwards transfer when it happens.
Tshimanga was excellent for Borehamwood but it's all gone sour for him since. I'd prefer we got money to buy our own choice of player.

Talk of Effiong and McCallum ignores that fact that we haven’t made a signing comparable to that (ie a current top scorer in our division) for years, since we had the parachute money. We are trying to find a bargain in the middle of Lidl, not shopping at Selfridges.

A loan from Peterborough might be a different story, given our relationship with them. If Tshimanga’s fit he would be an outstanding signing.
