We have to be more precise in our build up in this one and having three strikers doesn’t allow that. Playing with 3/4 attacking players allows opponents to be dangerous on the turnover, and playing the way we did against Dorking, against a more competent team such as Solihull could prove far too risk. However, I have no idea how I’d go about changing it up as no one deserves to be dropped but quite frankly I trust Dean to pick the right team and system!
But we now have Collinge and Gorman back, and hopefully a back 3 that includes Okimo and Thompson too. More than a match for Solihull.

The tenacity of Stead provokes mistakes.
I agree, but who do you drop for Thompson? We played a back 4 against dorking so one of our attacking players has to come out for us to play a back 3. That’s what I meant in my original post.
I'd swap O'Donkor for Freeman and stick with Bee Forever's lineup

4-3-3 for me with a front 3 of Stead,O'Donkor & Nicke! With this formation we have brilliant attacking options!
I love Luisma & really miss his skils!

I get totally confused with all this chat about formations. 11 guys chasing a ball around chaotically works best

Probably wrong of me but feel very confident especially getting the players back at such the right time, Collinge, Gorman, Kabamba, the spine of the team having now got the quality back, not to mention the experience of Thomson, who will be so valuable, then there is Kanu as well, just fingers crossed they all remain fit till end of season, gutted as won't be able to make this game but will be cheering the lads on through coverage on TNT. COYBs. Almost there, this squad along with Dean and his staff deserves to join Chesterfield in getting promoted.

I agree I also think losing in play offs last year could be turned into an advantage experience wise and as a motivation.
Last year I think our players was feeling effects of a busy end to the season but like say this year players are coming back and will be more fresh.

I hope we see Kanu given a free run at wingback against Oxford on Monday. Good to have him back

Glad I'm not the only one. All I see, is goalie, defence, midfield and attack. That's enough for me to comprehend, so when I hear we've gone to a back 3, I just nod in acknowledgement.

Back 5, Hartigan and Gorman sat in front, Brunt and Stead more advanced with Kabamba up front. Pritchard to take either Brunt or Stead’s (according to form) place when fit, with Freeman and O’Donkor ready to make an impact from the bench (and Kanu if Coker gets the starting lwb slot). Suddenly we have options in midfield and attack. Which is nice.

Even Banbury FC vs Hereford gets BBC Local Radio coverage from both Oxford & Hereford and Worcester.

Solihull Moors vs Barnet not picked up by BBC Birmingham as have given on BBC London who don't even report provide live commentary for our games even when only team in London playing!
