Watching solihull match in Italy

Hi. I’m in Italy for the match tomorrow, but hoping to watch. My discovery plus subscription (with tnt) doesn't seem to work in Europe. Any idea if I can watch on national league tv? Or any other ideas?! Holiday all arranged to miss this game in the hope of seeing us at wembley…!

Game is scheduled to be shown.

Then hopefully booking a flight come 8pm...
