Getting this started early to distract from yesterday. Any good free agents popping up we should keep tabs on?

Harrison Male is tiny - Jake Askew Mk.II? Didn’t cover himself in glory in Dorking’s 6-0 thrashing at The Hive.

Erico Sousa (29) from Boreham Wood - right wing back or right winger.
Enzio Boldewijn (31) from Eastleigh - right wing back or right winger.

Enzio Boldewijn - he’s done the rounds in this division and never fully convinced anywhere. On his day he’s very decent but is he just another RHJ?

Paul Kalambayi and Zach Robinson released by AFC Wimbledon, like the look of both of them. Not sure up front is the first area to strengthen though

Some ideas here. I wouldn't want Grego-Cox back and I don't think DB would either. Beckwith and Oluwabori would be good signings

McCallum being McCallum will want out of Eastleigh. I’d have him back for a year before he then wants out of Barnet. Nicke, McCallum and Stead would do. Only half joking.

I’ve heard McCullum is on 2-3000 k a week. Way out of our budget

We simply will not be in the running for someone like McCallum. Of course we would want the guy who was comfortably the division’s top scorer, but we haven’t had the budget to buy that sort of player for god knows how long (maybe since the parachute payments, when we signed McCallum himself in an attempt to get back up before the parachute money ran out at the end of season 2 in the division).

Sadly Brennan can’t simply look at the current top scorers’ lists and take his pick. Kabamba hadn’t appeared on a top scorers’ list for years when we signed him - that’s why we were able to sign him!

Big payouts from EMC sale and most likely Ronnie Edwards, The Hive making money hand over fist, should see us with a nice budget.

If we're ever going to 'go for it' so to speak, next season should be it.

There are no Wrexhams, Notts Countys or Chesterfields, we will be an attractive destination to anyone as we finished second and are improving year on year.

If we go backwards next season it'll be a travesty.

"If we go backwards next season it'll be a travesty."
Given we finished second I'd say the probability is more likely that we finish lower , happy to be proved wrong though....

This is the fundamental issue with Barnet, there isnt a winners mindset in the players, staff or the fans. We'll never achieve anything with that outlook.

Sorry, but how does the fan mindset contribute to on the pitch success? We all want Barnet to do well

Notts have released a lot of players and I can see us going in for at least 4 or 5 of them.
