Can't imagine the pitch condition in December...

Their season runs from february to early october so only real issue would be the grass growing back during the summer.

I'm not surprised given the number of 'home' grounds they've had to play at in the 30 odd years of their existence. They played at Copthall too one season.

As someone on conforum has stated....

I'm loving the alanis of all of this.

Can't move into proposed site.
Eggchasing club allowed to move into proposed site. No prospect of groundshare with eggchasers.
Find and move into new site.
Eggchasers decide to groundshare.

Lol, they're two completely different Rugby clubs though - in fact two different codes completely.

London Broncos = Rugby League
Saracens = Rugby Union

(But all Eggs for you right ;0) Ignorance is bliss aye ;0)

Extra revenue for Barnet FC would be great! Hope this happens!

Why, any extra money may go towards the playing budget & help our push to get back in the league.

I'm with Jerroll. If it gives us a financial edge then it could be worth it, but we may have to abandon any philosophies which involve playing football on the ground.

I don't think this sort of earning potential can just be ignored simply because it's from egg-chasing. This is the whole deal with the Hive. It's designed to be a money-making machine in exactly the way that Underhill wasn't.

Could also be a sustainable permanent tennant for the Hive when we return to Barnet.

To be honest, I think that is going to be harder in the Conference than it was in league 2 anyway. The better teams allowed us to play in League 2, (and we got some good results because of it). Nobody will do that in the Conference.

I say no, because of the way the pitch is likely to cut up. Think of how our pitch was after the Cheltenham game, plus
bobbly pitches of other teams sharing with the eggmen.

However, would there not be a delicious irony in inviting Wasps to be share.
