Any ideas who the latest long term injury is (besides Dunne) Currie talked about pre-Maidenhead game? 6-8 weeks I think he said.

Harry Taylor, Dan Sparkes and Shaq Coulthirst were all no where to be seen.

Bad feeling it’s Shaq hence why Currie didn’t want to mention it as depressing news.

Sparkes has said on Twitter he’s available on Tuesday so we can discount him.

Harry Taylor back available on Saturday.

Dunne ankle ligerments, at first it was thought he may require an op but not as serious as first feared.
Will be out around 6 weeks.

Having heard DC’s Friday interview can’t see why the 2nd 6-8 week injury couldn’t be Bouchard or a further set back for the likes of Mauro, sweeney, EJ etc etc

the 3 you mentioned(other then Boucaud) were all doing shuttle runs on the pitch pre match on Saturday I believe.

That’s positive news.

Sweeney, Dunne & Mauro are nailed on first-teamers when fit. Sooner they’re playing the better.

Can the next person to chat to an injured player please ask them if it we're cursed, of it these constantly repetive injuries are happening due a failure within the club?!

Thanks Moortown. We get to know more by talking to the players themselves!

For a while I have been wondering if it's due to the pitch - i.e. the layer under the grass - too hard/soft/rigid/bouncy. Injuries akin to running on hard surface and joints taking the impact. Impossible to know.

If it is the pitch, it will be the training pitches. We seem to pick up more "niggles" in training than we do in a competitive game.

Ive said this for long time but now I've given up because TK is too stingy to relay the pitch

I partially disagree with that if we keep keeping the goals out why change the defence. Vilhete has been injured for pretty much 2 seasons but dunne should get back In
