My son has phoned and emailed the club to say he was double charged for the Dagenham & Redbridge game on 9th January and has not had a response. Anyone else have the same problem?
I think that is pretty poor customer service towards anyone, let alone someone who has attended over 200 games.
I wasn't at the game and he doesn't have an Only Barnet account.

Contact your payment provider and they will charge it back to you. No need to stress in contacting club.
