no great love for Torquay , they were the original your support is s++t so we will close terrace and fleece you for seat prices back in late 90's/early 00's but don't want to see any club go out of business for sure.

I was locked out of the Barnet v Torquay match which relegated us. I was also one of those who travelled to Torquay - 2 nights in B&B for the 2pm postponement due to Hose Pipe Gate.

I was glad when Torquay were eventually relegated, when they were relegated further to NLS I felt that was Karma enough. I was fine about their return to NL. I take no joy in what has happened since and hope they survive.

Ultimately however we might feel about opposition clubs, it's not their fans fault. But for geography of birth / upbringing / circumstance, any of us could support Torquay, Rochdale, or any other suffering club.

Coleman sacked by Accrington. Was expected to leave upon expiry of his contract at the end of the season, but seems to have come sooner than expected. Relationship with owner Holt appears to have soured over recent months.

Tough job for anyone coming in to get them challenging near the top of League 2 again.

Torquay are in administration and today they have confirmed that they will be deducted 10 league points with immediate effect.

Which puts them just 3 points above the relegation zone , which is even more of a worry when they're in poor form ( 1 win in last 11 matches).

It’s all Themis Kefalas’s fault; his equaliser for us at Plainmoor ended their title hopes in 2021, and it’s all been downhill from there!

More seriously, fingers crossed for them - worrying times

I bet Notts County are pleased they signed Maynard as manager - 1 point from the last 6 games and dropping like a (Weald)stone.
