Big Bondz N'Gala's Appreciation Society
Big Bondz N'Gala's Appreciation Society
Can anybody think of a more humorous trio of ex players?
Freedman (Dougie), Hardy (Duncan) and Willis (Harry) - who could fill their shoes?

Even a shoe foursome - Clarke (Andy)!

Jake Cole and Hyde
Barnet showing all the flair of Rupert-the-Bears trousers, but lots more style!
Re: Taylor Teams
I'm in support of freedom of speech but also conduct. Irrelevant spamming of fringe journeymen is funny for about 5 minutes.

Seems to be the popular choice now to have 3 names
Once a Bee ALWAYS a Bee

STOP PRESS
In the same accommodating and co-operative spirit that we so desperately need for the South Underhill campaign, the Big Bondz topics have been merged (thanks for the suggestion).
The polls appear to have come out in the wash which is a shame, but still the discussion can go on.
Please no funny business else we might have to be less Mike Freer and more Victor Lyon (RIP), or worse, Brian Coleman (yuck).

I think there is a market for a thread talking about lesser remembered players. I’d read and contribute to it, but the constant dropping of names off topic on random threads meant this chap went on my ignore list quite a while ago.
It would be harsh to call him a troll, it seems to be a genuine misunderstanding of forum etiquette. Hopefully things will calm down a little now.

I like this guy. Calming people down like a composed JJ Hooper closing in on goal. No malice intended and apologies for misreading things like Jon Fortune at the back.Anthony wrote: ↑15 Mar 2024, 13:53 I think there is a market for a thread talking about lesser remembered players. Who do people prefer: Jamie or David Stephens? Or even Kirk? Connor or Mat Stevens?
Re: Big Bondz N'Gala's Appreciation Society
To be fair, Jon Fortune had no problem reading situations, it's just that his legs were still catching up from the previous attack.
And if we're on the topic of players who we're so slow they went backwards, I raise the stakes and give you Ross D'Arcy

To move on from yesterday’s borefest at the Laithwaite and inspired by Alfie Pavey- can people name a Barnet XI of players they thought were going to be great when they signed but were far from it in reality…
Likes of Craig Beattie, Kevin Lisbie, Daniel Powell, the second coming of Nicky Bailey, Gary Hooper, serhat tasdemir…
