Harsh that mate! Will agree he hasn't progressed enough, I expected him to as well as DB and the MT did. Of course he's limited, he's a National League player! Man of the match yesterday for York, my issue with Marv and I've seen a lot of him before he came to us, was his lack of consistency with us. One game do it for 60, next can only do it for 20, reason why he was a squad player not a regular starter. Wouldn't be surprised if what was going on off the pitch contributed to less than 100% concentration on the pitch.WillesdenBee wrote: ↑15 Mar 2024, 12:08 Gone to York for an undisclosed fee. Not surprised he's gone to play under his old gaffer. Not progressed enough for me to have him stick around. No footballing brain and really limited technically. Always gives the minimum asked of him, to run a lot, but don't see him going much further unless he improves his all round game. Good luck to him.

Re: Marvin Armstrong
It's usually penultimate Thursday in March, but looks like it is indeed Thurs 28th March this year.
Re: Marvin Armstrong
That makes even less sense when the season is finishing earlier than usual.

Re: Marvin Armstrong
Marvin scored the first goal for York today against Bromley. Bit of a scramble by all accounts but they all count. York call him "Marvellowus Marvin" as he "glides" across the pitch (their words - not mine) and that he is going to save them from relegation which will send Wealdstone down!! Carry on being marvellous, Marvin!
