Much as it may rub some up the wrong way, over the past few years BW seemed much more likely to get promoted out of the National League than our own club! They also had a decent cup run last year least we forget. Yet this season the wheels seemed to have come off of that BW squad rather badly. In contrast Barnet seem to have gone from strength to strength while playing a much more attractive style of football.
So is it Luke Garrard fault this season by not motivating his players or adopting the wrong system, or has he overly relied on players who served him well in the past but let him down this time around. Who knows. But I am sorry to see him leaving BW as it is the end of yet another era.

That's ruined my Sunday, he was doing such a good job of getting them where should be.

Yeah agree.
Surprised as they have plenty of games in hand to probably get out of it.

The whole time BW have been in the NL, they’ve had a good season or two followed by a bad one. Typically because they lose two or three key players a season and then have a period of adjustment. It looks like this year was that adjustment season and they’ve not handled it as well as before. They’ve also really struggled to find players that can score a lot of goals except for Tshimanga

Since Noble left St Albans City they have managed to stutter out of what look a dead cert playoff spot.

Maynard or Garrard for Stones? Or are they waiting to see what league will be in.

With home ties vs Dorking and Eastleigh at the shipping crate depot - I expect they won't be relegated

Someone could very well go down with 53 points, which I imagine would be tough to take! A bit like when we somehow went down from League 2 with 51 points, despite there only being 2 relegation places.

In NLN the 4th / final relegation place is between 3 teams, all with 1 match left to play, 2 currently on 50 points, 1 on 53 points, so same could happen there too.

Wood's game in hand is away to Rochdale this Tuesday night, plus Ebbsfleet visit Halifax. Then they host Ebbsfleet on the final day. What ding-dong game that could potentially be, winner stays up!

Woking still not safe either, and to think where they finished last season...

Have TNT announced their match choice yet for Saturday?
Barnet showing all the flair of Rupert-the-Bears trousers, but lots more style!

Probably waiting on tomorrow's results but Wood V Ebbsfleet stands out if they match each others results tomorrow!
