Coaching additions

Post: # 375176Post jzsbee »

Interesting new opportunity at Barnet, especially on the back of some forum comments on the lack of fitness.

Is this a new role at the club?

Am I right in thinking Okimo was keeping tabs on this until now?

Pleased to see this. It is a role which is very obviously needed.
I wonder who the Strength and Conditioning Coach will report to?

Looks like Jade is compiling the CV's.
The role will be to support her, but i suspect as a coach of sorts they would report to DB.

Sounds like a step forward and no doubt arises from comments originating from DB as part of his planning for next season. I suspect the salary will not be enough to entice a really experienced coach unless they are having trouble finding a new job. However I am sure that relatively young coach seeking to get into football and looking for such an opportunity would be very interested in joining the Barcelona of Harrow!

TK is trusting in DB and listening to what he needs. This is a good step. Hopefully it will make a resl difference, but at the same time we still need to sign players who are not injury-prone.
