Re: About time I popped back
Been a while for me too but, for the first time in many years, I’ve woken up with a nervous excitement for a Bees game. Having attended numerous play-off heartbreaks over the years (Blackpool, Colchester, Peterborough & Shrewsbury) dare I say that today feels different and that elusive visit to ...

Re: Shots (Hive) The Tinker, Taylor, Soldiers, Hive Match Th
Feel sorry for players. Brennan and TK today. Coming out to such poor attendance even with offers club has put in place. Would of expected far higher attendance. Perhaps hundreds came in at kick off. Watching from abroad, looks embarrassing to be honest. Going to take more than just an offer to imp...

Re: Ex-Bees (2014 update)
I watched Lee Vaughan get sent off playing for Stourbridge at Coalville Town today. First yellow for a bad tackle on the stroke of half time then mouthed off to the ref in the tunnel at the break and got a second yellow.

Re: Solihull shambles
With their first home game being at home to Wrexham they stand to lose a fortune in away revenue. I don't see Solihull being in the midst of a spike - does anyone know if their ground is particularly difficult to provide social distancing, or is entirely about the local council? No more so than any...

Re: National League Season Ended
If playoffs do go ahead, i just hope there is a sense of occasion. Playing the initial rounds behind closed doors isn't ideal but I'd be comfortable with it if BT Sport were to screen them. It's the final which would be a real shame if fans can't attend at Wembley. Given the attendance would be sma...

Re: Woking (a) A Card Day's Night Match Thread
You can’t 100% blame the manager. Yes Beadle is probably out of his depth, but my God this team is on another level of mediocre. Lazy, greedy, naive players with no passion, no cohesion and no quality. Just look at Alfie Pavey. He shouldn’t be anywhere near this club. Given the fact that PB signed ...

Re: RIP Ray Clemence
Gutted to hear the news I remember casually walking in to the office under the main stand at Underhill to buy match day tickets once to be greeted by Ray sitting behind the desk. He gave me the biggest smile and laughed, how many do you want? Such a down to earth man and a true gentleman. RIP Ray
