I think we have some decent players but I can’t think of any that are outstanding enough to be worried about having to replace.

Re: Changes to National League 24/25 season
EFL Trophy style National League and Premier League U21 tournament confirmed. 3 extra home games at a near empty THL next season.... On the other hand it presumably guarantees a bigger chunk of cash coming to the NL from the Premiership and will encourage Premiership club supporters and the media t...

Re: Barnet retained list
Agree it's sad re: Walker. He was Hendonesque in his passion both for the club and winding up opposing fans. He was at the heart of many a great win over the past two seasons. He deserved another crack in the playoffs in my opinion but since Keeley had little to do other than pick the ball out of t...

Now that we’re out of the running
Who do people want to go up ?
For me it’s Altrincham because Bromley is an easy to reach away game and it’s hard to see Solihull remaining strong season on season with their following and resources.

Re: Let's be realistic
This may not be a popular comment, it may also be completely wrong, but..... Do we stand a better chance of getting agreement from LBB re South Underhill, as a national league club? I think we do. That's entirely separate from me wanting us to win yesterday, see us at wembley and be in L2 next seas...

Re: Solihull Moors (THTS) The Minging to Winning Match Thread
Anyone else look at league 2 & think it looks pretty boring - at least we might win a few more games next season……….but we could’ve done that after losing at Wembley next! Even annoyed right now the Wood went down - we take close to 1000 most times there. None of those players gained any experi...

Re: Play Off Semi Final Tickets
Shame we don`t have a south stand behind the other goal should have shifted the Colin Montgomerie stand in from 'the showcase pitch' Should just open the South as is, I’m sure many of us have stood on worse. The old Valley had a spectacular mud slope terrace for away supporter entertainment on wet ...

Re: Are you ready?
Solihull are clearly a very dangerous side. Osbourne, Campbell, Shade - they were a cut above tonight. But as we’ve seen tonight they’re hardly infallible. It’s shaping up to be some occasion on Saturday. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Halifax were playing their 5th game in 12 days and came bac...

An early Halifax goal in the 2nd half and it all gets very energy sapping for both sides.

Re: Are you ready?
It feels different at the moment, more stable, controlled and professional.
I’m envisaging a solid 2-0 win in the semi final without too much hiatus and limited anxiety for most in a nearly full Hive. Mind you I’m also very close to the bottom of the prediction league.

Re: No cup replays
In France and Switzerland the lower-ranked team gets the choice of playing at home but matches can be switched for a variety of reasons, financial and logistical. In the first round in which the big boys entered the Swiss Cup this year, my local village side got drawn against the mighty (by Swiss s...

Re: Gateshead Kicked Out
I think I am right in saying that it is the EFL that has the 10 year rule, not the NL. So Gateshead could have taken part in the play offs and the rule would only have come into effect if they had won at Wembley. Obviously the issue would then have to be addressed, and possibly resolved. The EFL al...
