Re: Play Offs Display
Well done to the AB. Great effort and at least they turned up and supported to their full potential, unlike some of the players.

Re: Solihull Moors (THTS) The Minging to Winning Match Thread
Just didn't turn up today.
Certainly wasnt the team that have on the whole entertained us this season for 40 odd matches.
It's been a great season, with a bad ending.
All part of being a supporter.
We'll win the league next season.

Re: Maidenhoof (Away) The Sparkes Fly Match Thread
I've still got Percys driveling moans ringing in my ears. Last 20 with Kanu and Pritch on we came to life. RHJ and Coker are the weak links. Both rubbish again today Definitely correct re RHJ. At the moment he simply isn't effecting the game in a positive way. Going forward (he didn't much) he didn...

Re: Solihull Moors (Away) The Less Is Moors Match Thread
In his pre match interview DB spoke about getting down the outside. RHJ has literally not done that once this half. Only thing he has done is come inside or backwards, or more often than that, lost the ball. We are playing with width on only 1 wing.

Both the double-barrellers had equally poor/ineffective games last night. Not sure how RHJ managed to last the game without being hooked.

Absolutely speechless. Got to admit that I was a bit emotional reading the statement.

Re: NOSTALGIC FA CUP Stories No 2
Bristol City in the FA Cup 1st Round November 1989. About 1,000 Bees traveled to Ashton Gate and when the coach I was on arrived really early we were ushered towards the ground by a huge Police presence. I wasn't going to miss out on few beers waiting out on an open terrace for nearly 2 hours. So.....

Re: York (a) The Match Thread Getting Back On The Horse
This is totally bizarre from a structure and personnel perspective.
Surely something has gone in the background that we don't know about, for these selections to be made over the last 2 games?. It makes little to no sense otherwise.

I am not interested in what Dean's thoughts are on the next game. I would like some humility, some recognition that his shortcomings tactically contributed to that start and that he played some part in dashing the hopes of his supporters of a visit for Wembley. I have no wish to engage with pedanti...

Re: Sarfend (Hive) The Match Thread Shrimping For Next Seaso
No thanks. If the players clearly can't be bothered and/or simply not good enough, and the manager is clearly not up to it to sort things out, then what's the point. My club has fallen apart.
