It really was. He came on the pitch before a game on Boxing Day which was great to see and he's on the long road to recovery, but it's doubtful he'll ever play again. He's lucky to be alive

I went to Bath City vs Dulwich Hamlet last night as I'm in the West Country. Free entry for all due to the horrific injury suffered by Alex Fletcher a few months back after he crashed into the concrete advertising hoardings.

Bath dominated and Hamlet were poor. Phillips seemed very off the pace
